PRICING
The charge is a per calendar day charge. A half day charge is applied if your pet is uplifted prior to 11am.
e.g. The minimum charge for a med/large dog overnight stay if picked up in the morning (charged as a day and a half) is $37.50

Discounts on Day Stay rates can be achieved by purchasing 5 Day and 10 Day advance rates. Please enquire at the office
Small = Maltese, Bichon, Jack Russels, etc
Medium = Spaniels, Schnauzers, etc
Large = Labs, Boxers, German Shepherds, etc
Surcharges:
Entire Dogs (not neutered) $5 per calendar day
Medications $1 per medication dose
Public Holidays $3 Dogs $1.00 Cats
Day Stay service applies to dogs delivered between 8:00am-11:00am and collected between 4:00pm-6:00pm on the same day. Day Stay is not available during weekends or holiday periods.
Discounts
Multiple Pets: for more than one animal per owner, $1.50 discount per dog per day, and $1.00 discount per cat per day.
Long Stay: for stays over 21 days, a 10% discount applies. Christmas Holidays: Discounts do not apply for stays between 22 December and 21 January inclusive.
Baths
All dogs staying longer than 4 days are bathed before departure. For shorter stays, baths are available upon request at $10 per dog.
Payment Methods
Payments accepted by cash, cheque or EFTPOS. We do accept Visa or Mastercard credit cards with a 3% fee.
